Most campouts will require a site reservation and Club camping fee.
Site Reservation:
Campsite reservations should be made by the Club member directly with the campground. Campsite reservations should be made before paying Club camping fees to insure there is availability at the campground. The campgrounds number and/or website are listed below.
If the campground is private, the Club will advise the campground that the Club will have at least 10 campers. The Club member can then connect their reservation to the Sun City Las Vegas RV Club. Public campgrounds normally don't hold a group name to associate your reservation. Any exception involving public campgrounds will be noted below.
Club Camping Fee:
There is generally a base fee of $12 per person/$24 per couple for each campout. This fee is used by the host to purchase items used for campsite activities. Additionally, some campouts will have fees to prepay for activities such as dinners, outings, rides, etc. Club Camping Fees and separate activity fees can be paid on this website using the PayPal buttons.
Please note the due dates for Club camping fees/activities and submit the payments by the due dates.
If you alternatively prefer to pay for Club camping fees/activities by check or cash, please email suncitylvrvclub@gmail.com for instructions. Due dates still apply for those alternative payments.
Important: Per RV Club Operating Procedures, Club Camping Fees are non-refundable. Please make sure you can go on a trip before paying the Club Camping Fees. You can register in advance and defer Club Camping Fees until they are due if you are unsure about your plans.

Club Holiday Dinner and December Meeting

A short meeting will start the evening at 5pm followed by Happy Hour and then a catered Dinner around 6pm.
Olive Garden Buffet Menu includes 2 pastas (Spaghetti and Fettuccine), 3 sauces (Alfredo, Meat Sauce, and Marinara), 3 toppings (Grilled Chicken, Meatballs, and Italian Sausage), salad, and soft breadsticks. Dessert will be provided by the club. You may bring your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Bring cash for the 50/25/25 raffle.
Dinner Reservations:
Please complete the Trip Signup Form to reserve a dinner during our December Membership Meeting.
Dinner Fees:
$10 Per Person. Use the PayPal (Buy Now) button to pay the dinner fees by the due date.

Site Reservations:
12/1 Update: Campground is Full. You may submit a trip signup form for WAITLIST and we will notify you when there is a cancellation.
Reservations can be NOW made online or at 877-697-2757.
Daily rates are $35-$43. Dump station is free for campers.
Distance is 195 miles. Full payment is due when reserving. If you can no longer attend, do not cancel your campsite. Please submit a Trip Cancellation Form and the club will try to reassign your campsite to another member.

> We will be travelling to/from on Saturdays for lighter traffic and staying seven nights.
> If we have 10 rigs, the Daily Group rate including tax is only $62.55 (subject to change).
> They are holding 13 sites in the same area as our March 2025 trip in site numbers B14, B16, B18, B19, B20-B27, B29 in the North section.
> Cancel by submitting a Trip Cancellation Form. Do not call the RV park. If cancelled by January 31, the deposit and balance are fully refundable. If cancelled between February 1 and February 10, the RV park will retain a $30 cancellation fee and refund the remainder. If cancelled on February 11 and later, zero will be refunded.
> Distance is 350 miles.
> Need event coordinators for this trip.

> The club must mail to the RV park one deposit check by December 14 (60 days prior) and one balance check by January 14 (30 days prior).

Site Reservations:
Reservations can be made by calling 480-984-1146, and selecting Option 1. Then ask for Angel. Only talk to her. If unavailable, she will call you back. Advise Angel that you are with the Sun City Las Vegas RV Club and she will add you to the sites that are reserved for us. Important: Once you have made the phone reservation with Angel, she requests you use the following corporate link to complete your reservation in their system https://cal-am.com/registration. The cal-am reservation site will ask for your site number, and she would like you to enter "unknown" as she will handle the site number assignment on her end.
Rates are broken into two categories; Daily and Weekly. Our reservation is for seven nights so the weekly discount will apply. If you reserve one week (seven nights), the nightly rate will be $94.68, tax included. If you reserve less than one week (less than 7 nights), the nightly rate will be $107.41, tax included.
Distance is 340 miles. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of the reservation. The remainder will be collected at check-in.

11/9 Update: There are 6 sites available in our block of held sites.
> Reserve NOW by submitting a Trip Signup Form. The club is coordinating the campsite reservations for the club dates. Do not call the RV park.
> They are holding 15 sites for our club until March 27 and then any unreserved sites will be released to the public. They will assign sites and group us together.
> If we have 10 rigs, the Daily Group rate including tax is $75.00 per site, $5.00 for each pet, and $5.00 per person if more than two people.
> If we have fewer than 10 rigs, the Daily rate including tax is $83.00 per site, $5.58 for each pet, and $5.58 per person if more than two people.
> Members wanting to arrive early or stay later must call the RV Park office at 805-772-2722 to reserve the additional days. Group rate is valid for two additional days.
> Full hook-up sites, 50 and 30 Amp, cable TV, free Wi-Fi.
> Cancel with a two day notice to avoid a charge.
> Distance is 430 miles.
> Direct any questions to Member 45.
> Members 21/22 and 44/45 are the event coordinators for this trip.

> Deposit of one night ($75.00) is due to the club by March 15, so we can mail a check to the RV park by March 20.
