Most campouts will require a site reservation and Club camping fee.
Site Reservation:
Campsite reservations should be made by the Club member directly with the campground. Campsite reservations should be made before paying Club camping fees to insure there is availability at the campground. The campgrounds number and/or website are listed below.
If the campground is private, the Club will advise the campground that the Club will have at least 10 campers. The Club member can then connect their reservation to the Sun City Las Vegas RV Club. Public campgrounds normally don't hold a group name to associate your reservation. Any exception involving public campgrounds will be noted below.
Club Camping Fee:
There is generally a base fee of $12 per person/$24 per couple for each campout. This fee is used by the host to purchase items used for campsite activities. Additionally, some campouts will have fees to prepay for activities such as dinners, outings, rides, etc. Club Camping Fees and separate activity fees can be paid on this website using the PayPal buttons.
Please note the due dates for Club camping fees/activities and submit the payments by the due dates.
If you alternatively prefer to pay for Club camping fees/activities by check or cash, please email suncitylvrvclub@gmail.com for instructions. Due dates still apply for those alternative payments.
Important: Per RV Club Operating Procedures, Club Camping Fees are non-refundable. Please make sure you can go on a trip before paying the Club Camping Fees. You can register in advance and defer Club Camping Fees until they are due if you are unsure about your plans.

A short meeting will start the evening at 5pm followed by Happy Hour and then a catered Dinner around 6pm.
Olive Garden Buffet Menu includes 2 pastas (Spaghetti and Fettuccine), 3 sauces (Alfredo, Meat Sauce, and Marinara), 3 toppings (Grilled Chicken, Meatballs, and Italian Sausage), salad, and soft breadsticks. Dessert will be provided by the club. You may bring your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Bring cash for the 50/25/25 raffle.

Reservations can be made by calling 480-984-1146, and selecting Option 1. Then ask for Angel. Only talk to her. If unavailable, she will call you back. Advise Angel that you are with the Sun City Las Vegas RV Club and she will add you to the sites that are reserved for us. Important: Once you have made the phone reservation with Angel, she requests you use the following corporate link to complete your reservation in their system https://cal-am.com/registration. The cal-am reservation site will ask for your site number, and she would like you to enter "unknown" as she will handle the site number assignment on her end.
Rates are broken into two categories; Daily and Weekly. Our reservation is for seven nights so the weekly discount will apply. If you reserve one week (seven nights), the nightly rate will be $94.68, tax included. If you reserve less than one week (less than 7 nights), the nightly rate will be $107.41, tax included.
Distance is 340 miles. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of the reservation. The remainder will be collected at check-in.
