Most campouts will require a site reservation and Club camping fee.
Site Reservation:
Campsite reservations should be made by the Club member directly with the campground. Campsite reservations should be made before paying Club camping fees to insure there is availability at the campground. The campgrounds number and/or website are listed below.
If the campground is private, the Club will advise the campground that the Club will have at least 10 campers. The Club member can then connect their reservation to the Sun City Las Vegas RV Club. Public campgrounds normally don't hold a group name to associate your reservation. Any exception involving public campgrounds will be noted below.
Club Camping Fee:
There is generally a base fee of $12 per person/$24 per couple for each campout. This fee is used by the host to purchase items used for campsite activities. Additionally, some campouts will have fees to prepay for activities such as dinners, outings, rides, etc. Club Camping Fees and separate activity fees can be paid on this website using Zelle.
Please note the due dates for Club camping fees/activities and submit the payments by the due dates.
If you alternatively prefer to pay for Club camping fees/activities by check or cash, please email suncitylvrvclub@gmail.com for instructions. Due dates still apply for those alternative payments.
Important: Per RV Club Operating Procedures, Club Camping Fees are non-refundable. Please make sure you can go on a trip before paying the Club Camping Fees. You can register in advance and defer Club Camping Fees until they are due if you are unsure about your plans.

Site Cancellation:
Do not cancel your campsite. Contact a member on the wait list. If they still need a site, they will pay you directly to reimburse you for the site. You must add their name to your reservation so they can check into your site. Submit a club cancellation form indicating you transferred your site to the other member.
Event Signup:
After reserving your campsite, complete the Trip Signup Form to tell the Club you will be going.
Club Fees:
$12 Per Person. Pay $24 for two people or $12 for one person. Use Zelle to pay the club fees by the due date. Zelle memo is "September 2026 Camping Fees".

Site Reservations:

Reservations can be made now by calling the campground at (435) 259-6108. Inform them that you are with the Sun City Las Vegas RV Club. Our club discounted daily rate is around $85 plus tax which is a 15% discount from their regular daily rate of $99 plus tax. You may reserve between 2 and 7 nights and still get the discounted rate. They are holding ten (10) pull-through, full hookup, 30/50 amp, sites for our club, and will assign sites together. The discounted rate is valid for any number of sites reserved by the club.
Distance is 470 miles. Our group has arranged to only pay the deposit when you reserve. For cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival, a refund will be issued minus a $25 cancellation fee plus tax. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a one-night cancellation fee plus tax. Within 48 hours of arrival, reservations are non-refundable.
Stopover Option #1: Venture RV park in Richfield, Utah is saving five (5) sites for our club for October 17 on the night before the check in at Moab. Mention the RV club name and you will get 10% off. Distance is 295 miles to Richfield and then 175 miles to Moab.
Stopover Option #2: KOA Journey in Beaver, Utah is exactly half way.
Event coordinators are Members 71/72 and 81/82.

$15 Per Person because the campout is seven nights. Pay $30 for two people or $15 for one person. Use Zelle to pay the club fees by the due date. Zelle memo is "October 2026 Camping Fees".

If you need to reserve, cancel, or change a campsite reservation, please contact Member 45 who is coordinating the reservations for our club. All sites have full hookups. Nightly rate is $80 plus tax.
Distance is 70 miles. Use your America the Beautiful National Park Service Senior Pass for a 50% discount. One night's deposit is payable when reserving. Balance due on arrival. Free Wifi is limited to browsing/email. No cable, no antenna channels, and no cell service. Located on a calm clear section of the Colorado River where you can fish and kayak.
We will hold our membership meeting with elections on Tuesday, November 10 at 2:00 pm followed by a Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner at 4:00 pm. You may attend the meeting and dinner without camping. Turkey and ham will be provided by the club. A sign up sheet for potluck side dishes will be emailed to members signed up for the dinner.
Event coordinators are Members 71/72 and 90/91.

Campers do NOT need to complete the Trip Signup Form because Member 45 is coordinating the reservations.
Non-campers attending the Dinner only on November 10 are to use the Trip Signup Form and select the option for Dinner Only.
Club Fees:
Campers fees are $12 for camping plus $3 for dinner totaling $15 per Person. Pay $30 for two people or $15 for one person.
Non-campers fee for Dinner only is $5 per Person. Pay $10 for two people or $5 for one person.

Reservations can be made now by calling Juan at the campground at (866) 991-3941. Inform him that you are with the Sun City Las Vegas RV Club. Our club’s group rate is $105 per night ($121.80 including tax and booking fee). You may reserve up to an additional 3 days prior or 3 days after and still get the group rate. They are holding a block of ten (10) full hookup, 30/50 amp, sites for our club until December 18 when they will be released to the public. The group rate is valid for any number of sites reserved by the club. For our group, there is no charge for up to two pets, extra vehicles, or extra people.
Distance is 285 miles. Deposit of $121.80 will be charged when you reserve. Balance is due at check-in. Cancel 3 days or more prior to arrival, deposit is refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancel less than 3 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
